I finally got around to reading all of the tips...thanks.  Here is a little thing that I have learned.  Bounty towels are good for "pot holders".  I use them to move hot candle molds to a water bath.  Fold four together and dip into cold water.   Squeeze out. The water keeps the towel from slipping and the thick cold towels keep your little fingers from getting burned.  Also, they can be re-wet and used for a few days.  Donita

The candle was not white enough.  The seam, What is the best way to trim seams?  I was told to redip the candles in a white wax dip but the candles are 3 x 9, 3x12 & 3x17 where do I get a container deep enough to dip.  I have to make 40 of each.  I using  the pillar blend IGI 4625 wax & 24 raw cotton wick. Do you know where I can get seamless molds this size?
