What's the name of your company?  Does the landscape photo behind have something to do with the name?

I think I like the other logo better than this one though.

Same question as I posted in the other thread...  is Krystal being replaced with your company name or scent?  Where is the other information going to be?

Company name would be Krystal.
That's Chicago skyline and I am not sure if scent would go on that label or somewhere else.

My daughter's name is Krystal.  I am not sure if it is available even.  She heard me talking about possibly if I sell soap I might not use my candle business name. Might be a division of it.

I am just trying to get a feel of what I would like to see on my packaging whether it be for business or gifts.

I like it, but feels a little off balance to me. The right side looks "heavier" to me. It maybe the positioning of the text. Love the font...very classy look.

Okay this is what I was seeing in my mind when making it.  I printed the template out at the wrong size so had to stick two soaps in it.  LOL.. This is printed with the draft setting on cheap paper so quality isn't there.

The bath and body looks fine in either place, I personally like where it was located the first time.

Like the other one better than this. While this scape it nice, it doesn't work with the Krystal ... and since you're not alluding to the name of your co. --- that's all I have to associate it with.

I think the skyline is distracting. Could it be lightened?
Love the overall effect you are trying to create.

I agree about the skyline being just a little distracting, try decreasing the opacity and see if that is something you like....so it's there, but almost not there. Just a thought.  Otherwise, I think it's got some real potential!

LOVE the font!  it's great.  not sure about the skyline either...it's nice, it just doesn't seem to relate to the bus name.  maybe a water ripple with a light reflection?

Same here on the skyline.  It just doesn't do anything for the name....maybe something more on the line of the business?  JMO

Actually, I think the skyline gives a "big city" feel to the scheme of things.  The picture on your label doesn't have to have a thing to do with your business except give a feel for what you are trying to portray to others with your name and your product.  For instance, lots of folks have a primitive/country feel to their labels and their products as a whole, but a raggedy doll doesn't really have much to do with their business otherwise~  it's just a way to pass along a certain feeling, and if "big city" or some such thing is the feel you are trying to create, then the skyline does it pretty well.  Still think it needs to be less opaque though Cheesy

Prairieannie I will try fading out the skyline a little more and post later today.

For some reason I keep leaning towards this look.  I have tried making country looking logos, botanicals, claw tubs etc... and to me it's already been done.

I have e-mailed this out to my family and friends in the area and they really like it.  Could be that they are proud Chicagoans. Next step is to see what my friends and family outside of Illinois think.

Keep the comments coming, I appreciate them all.
