I got my very FIRST order and it's HUGE-HELP!!

OMG I'm soooo excited and terrified!  Shocked

My friend acrossed the street called me this morning and asked if I could make candles in any size, so I basically said yes, but would need to test etc.

I asked her what she was looking for and she said, something like a glass tealight with a little lidHuh

She didn't have a sample container or anything, so I said I would do a search for her, but I really have NO clue where to begin, b/c I don't even really know what I'm looking forHuh

Anyone know of anything like this?

I told her about the small tins with the clear view top, and then just told her I'd check around and give her some options.

She needs 250 of them, in cherry scent (this is the fav. of the bride).

Ok, I'm totally excited, but have NO clue what I'm getting myself into, like how much I should charge, where I'm gonna find these "containers" etc.  Shocked

Any suggestions for small containers with lids for wedding favors?

TIA
Michelle

Ashliegh, those sound like they may work, I PM'd ya for the site. Wink

Robin, I'd like to give her that option as well, do you have a site that sells these little dudes? Smiley

I just want to show her the options out there.

I put in a  search for wedding favors, and found some really cute glass heart shaped tealights, does anyone know where you can order these?

Other than that, I only saw votive type, and tins.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll keep looking also. Smiley

Michi
I have used what angela gave you for a site to visit and like robin said the 1.5oz hex jars are great for wedding favors.
They wick easy too.
I made little I think they were 1/2 inch color paper bands with back to back tape to wrap around them with the bride and grooms name on them. then I tied a small picot ribbon around the neck, went over very well, we wound up with a shower to do from a family member in the same thing a few weeks later for a baby shower. We did the colors in mint green, yellow, pink and blue.
Don't know if they still do it but specialty bottle sent me a sample when I requested it.

BY THE WAY, CONGRATS ON THE NICE ORDER!! GOOD LUCK!
