Shaving Soap Recipe - Question

So...for those of you that make a shaving soap. This recipe was probably meant to be in a mug to be used with a brush, etc. But I was looking for something that could be packaged in a lotion type bottle. Any ideas on how to adjust this recipe to make it thinner? It's about the consistancy of whipped cream cheese right now. I don't know if I should add more olive oil, or water, or just search for another recipe. 12 oz coconut oil 12 oz soy oil 12 oz olive oil 5.25 oz lye 14 oz water Thanks

SOunds like the makings of cream soap there. I would say water or aloe juice. How about packaging it in a jar??

that's a possibility...I just wanted something that would be easy for women to use in the shower. I'll try thinning it with water to see what happens.

How about using the kind of triangle-ish tube that has a flip top one the bottom. Usually those have wide enough holes. Never tried or anything, just a suggestion. Lol, hope you know the bottle i'm talking about.

I ended up thinning it a bit. Still pretty thick. I put it in a jar for personal use. It will now probably work in a malibu type container. It feels really good. I'm definitely going to continue playing with this one!
