Which scents do people want?

I am trying to get a B&B line of products started. I am still mostly in the R&D phase except for the freebies that I have given to family and friends. I want to start out small so I am trying to decide what fragrances to offer. I plan to start out selling cp soap, body butters, milk bath and lotions(from a base for now) maybe bath melts or salts.
Could some of you seasoned pros give me an idea of what the hot scents are? I was thinking maybe Lavender Vanilla - Oatmeal, Milk and Honey - Sweet Pea - Rice Flower and Shea. Do any of these sound like a good starting point? How many FO's do you normally offer and do you offer everything that you make in every FO?
I have learned so very much from researching this board. And you have all been very helpful so I would really appreciate any advice you are willing to offer. TIA, Judy

I did a poll for friends and family to fill out on which ones they would like for me to carry and besides the ones you had said the they all wanted a Vanilla like French Vanilla. Love Spell is also another good one...

Everyone I know goes crazy over Sweet Pea. IMO you can't go wrong with Lavender-Vanilla and OMH. The Rice Flower and Shea smells good but some might stray away from it because its stronger.

Oh I LOVEEEEE the scent of the Pink Sugar butter you sent me.  Thats a keeper. I had smelled it oob in the fo swap and didn't care for it. I love it now. Vanilla is a popular scent, as well as Warm Vanilla Sugar, and cucumber melon. I've been asked for strawberries and cream, and buttercream. But this is just 2 people, by no means is it a national survey.

Can't add one to your list but just let me say that anything I make in Oatmeal, Milk & Honey doesn't just sit around. I can not keep it in stock!!

Tallbadydoll, I can't beleive that I didn't remember Pink Sugar. It's one of my favorites. Can't make CP with it though cause it turns the soap a really nasty color. Or at least the batch I did turned out a yucky brownish color.
Trinity, I can see why OHM sells so good. It smells wonderful.
Do you offer all products in all scents that you carry? Like with Pink Sugar, do you offer it in other products but delete it from the soap? TIA, Judy

The trendy ones like Clean, White Tea & Ginger, etc. sell well but my main staples that always sell well are:
Lemon Peel
Grandma's Kitchen Soap
Oatmeal, Milk, & Honey
Alaska Cranberry
Alaska Blueberry

Looks like Oatmeal, Milk and Honey is a keeper. I'm thinking that I will keep the Lavender Vanilla too, cause I really like it. After that I'm still thinking on all the suggestions. Thanks so much. Judy
