Hi Beauloser

Welcome to the board. I like the color blend, but the photo is too small for me to make out what it really is. I know you said it was a red drip candle, but because of the size it looks like it's dripping upside down. Sorry I hope you don't get offended it's just that us oler men need all the help we can get huh Alan!! Cry

It is small but I think I can see what it is!  Grin  I saw that idea in a candle making book and I want to try it too!  Did you find it to be pretty easy? What kind of wax did you use and how long did it take?  Good job!  Cheesy

Well Beauloser,

After taking your photo and inserting it into my photo program to inlarge it I was able to determine that it appears you poured wax over an object to get the drip effect, then you flipped it upside down and placed a tea candle in the middle, (maybe a votive) and lit it. Let me know if I'm close. Good Job, Good Idea and it looks great. Again welcome to the board.

Hi Alan, Smiley

I hope I did'nt offend you by saying us older men, but I know your 56 years old and I am 57 and I think you and I are the older men in this board. You see what I mean about being older you forgot that you had origenally posted your age on the members board and I saw it when you had your age posted. I remember Julie saying that you and Len (age 57) were the same age as I. So how about that "Old Man" Grin Grin
And don't worry I know you weren't offended or you would of never brought it up. Cheesy Oh, by the way I hear that memory is the second thing to go!!!

While my memory may very well be eroding, you're almost twice my senior, "old man." Grin Grin

And, don't worry, I wasn't offended Grin LOL

By the way, what is the first thing to go? Or can't you remember? Cheesy

Cheers Friend,
Alan
