Well here are my votives....it has taken me forever to post pics. But finally here are some. I did some chunk and regular ones. Test burns on them all went well. Used the basic instructions on this site!

Thanks. I just slice them w/a utility knife when the wax is cooled down but still tacky. I have foud that I really can not cut a straight line though. They are all different sizes usually. I make them in a brownie size pan.

That's pretty much the same thing I do, but someone normally distracts me so that I don't get back to the wax until it's to cold to cut, and I end up chipping the chunks off... Someday I'll have peace and quiet, and spare time. But I'm happy with what I've got.

Thanks!!!!!
Well the only reason I made them is I was shorted a votive mold in my Starter Kit from Peak...so I had left over wax and didn't know what to do w/ it. It was a fluke. But Peak was cool and sent my the missing mold when I placed my next order!

I used the Peak votive wax that comes in the starter kit not sure what it is called exactly. It's really easy to work with. I just put the slab in a big garbage bag and gave it few whacks w/ the hammer to break it up so I could weigh out my portions.    Smiley

When I want to make really small chunks, I pour a thin layer on a cookie sheet and use a fork to cut long strips. I then take the long strips and break them up in a bag.

Just something that has worked for me and maybe now for you.
