Everytime I try to make a 100% soy pillar, I always end up with a diagonal crack. Use the Ecosoy wax. Any suggestions?

I have had soy pillars crack on me from chilling too long in the freezer when it would not release from the mold. Please provide more info on pour temp, additives, pre-heated molds, etc.
