when your corn cob is ready?  i know it has to be dry  but as far as the scent how do you know if it's cured enough?
also, anyone find that certain scents just can't cut it?
i have a jar i'm curing with baby powder scent for 2 days  but it smells more like a baby diaper than baby powder if you get my drift   Undecided  and it usually smells great in candles and tarts

so far the jamaican me crazy and  warm apple pie smells the best

When I played with these I usually let them cure 5-7 days, but I'm sure some scents don't need that long.  And yes, some scents smell very different with the corn cob compared to wax.  Again, it's mostly trial and error.  A lot of us played with them a while back and the consensus was that they just weren't cutting it.  Undecided

When all the FO is mixed in is when I feel they are ready to package. And as far as figuring out which scents make the cut, you just have to test them. Some do, some don't. Smiley
