Bath Salts all WET-why??

I did bath salts approx 2 months ago, epson, dead sea salt, B&B colorant, and EO. Packaged in tubes and now they are all watery at bottom (WHY ). They've been in a/c so its not the humidity . TIA

Did they sweat? Maybe hot to cold..temp..cold to hot temp..or whatever..mabye the fo sweated out?
