Where can I find bi-fold tags (cards) to attach to my body and bath products?  Might want logo on the front of the tag.

i use the printmaster program and use the business card template.  i put my logo on the top half of the front, the contact info on the bottom of the front and then prduct info on the inside.  it is easy to make and i can print them myself.

I make mine on business cards as well; using Avery Design Pro.  Works like a charm - logo on the front & product info / instructions inside Smiley

I use Microsoft Picture it and use the business card template...just remember that one has to be flipped upside down to fold!

I just use card stock and make the labels in publisher.  It will let you print upside down for the back side.  A simple paper cutter makes a world of difference.
