Scrubs for you..pics added

..I got these off the internet..so I can't claim them..but I am liking what they are so far..and easy..natural stuff.
Vanilla Java Celultie Scrub
1/4 cup fresh coffee grounds
3/4 cup brown sugar
5/8 cup olive oil
1ML Vanilla FO or one of choice
Mix all ingredients to a good consistancy. Mixture should stick loosely together..if not add a bit more oil.
Do not use on tender, broken, sensitive skin or on face. Rinse thoroughly.. follow with a moisturizer
EZ Sugar Scrub
1 cup brown or white sugar (or combo of both)
1/2 cup olive oil(or oil of choice)
1ML Vanilla FO or one of choice
combine together to past form. Massage over damp skin.
Silk Sugar Scrub
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp aloe vera gel
1tsp lotion base of choice(I use soy)
1 ML vanilla FO or one of choice
stir sugars and aloe vera gel until creamy and very few sugar chunks. Mix in lotion to make smoother..if you use white sugar only you can add some B&B liquid dyes and make some pretty colors, if mixture is not spreadable add a bit more lotion. rub sugar scrub over body and rinse well.
Of the 3 recipes this one is my fav..feels goooooood.

I am new to B&B things and I have also never even tried sugar scrubs so this may sound like a dumb question but what exactly are they supposed to do, what are the benifits of using them? I am wanting to try one of your recipes but just want to know a little more about what a sugar scrub is for...thank you for posting these, I can not wait to try them..

exfoliation(sp?) also the one with coffee is supposed to firm your skin..but do not use it on the face!

I made some of the sugar scrub today that has the lotion in it..and I love it.. here is 2 pics ..I scented it cucumber melon.

 Darn it! what is going on with this thing...they were fine in my pic gallery..when I put them on here..now they don't look right. 
anyway it is kind a the consistancy of Bunnys scugar scrub..but hers is WAYYYYY better... this is nice and thick..not lose and oily.. since it has the lotion instead of oils in it. Which I prefer anyway..there is no water in it but I wonder if it needs a preservative still..It was not in the ingredient list so I don't know.
