shrink wrap?

Will shrink wrap affect the smell of my soaps? I'm rethinking my packaging. My current is a wide white cardstock band that pretty much covers the entire soap. I've tried going skinnier, but they either slide off, or it's hard to get the info on there... I was thinking maybe shrink wrap with a sticky label on the back/ front... but I'm not sure if it will affect my soap... any help will be greatly appreciated!

I use Sam's wrap (wal-mart brand) on my M&P soap, haven't tried it on the HP soap yet. But it hasn't affected my M&P stuff at all.

I couldn't tell you either way on any effects on the soap, but it will effect your customers ability to smell the scents of your soaps. I personally like to be able to smell them. To me it's almost as important as what it will do for my skin. JMO

If you are goin g to shrink wrap then wht i would do is use the shrink wrap bands that way the soap can still breathe.
