I am needing a good soap recipe using all vegetable oils and vitamin e and sweet almond oil. I just dont know what veg. oils or how much of each to put together to make a good soap, I am a newbie at soap making.  Also what does saponified vegetable oils mean?  Sorry so many questions,but you all have got me wanting to make soap so bad. TIA

Saponified oils is when the soap making process has occured with the use of sodium hydroxide (lye).
 
I would suggest doing some reading about the process, terms, and how it is done BEFORE you attempt your batch.

You should soak in as much of this site as you can http://millersoap.com There are also some good recipes there - they are kind of large though, you might want to make them smaller using a lye calculator that can resize recipes, like http://the-sage.com/calcs/lyecalc2.php
 
Lye can be dangerous, but if you take the proper precautions and respect it you should be fine. If you have children or pets you should be especially careful.
